Brush five (5) times per day:

  1. After you wake up.
  2. After breakfast.
  3. After lunch and after snacking (if you can’t brush, rinse your mouth well with water)
  4. After dinner.
  5. Before going to bed.

Floss at least twice a day.


Use a fluoride rinse.

Rinse with Phosflur once a day for one minute after you have brushed before you go to bed.


Keep seeing your dentist for checkups.
