Hygiene
Brush five (5) times per day:
- After you wake up.
- After breakfast.
- After lunch and after snacking (if you can’t brush, rinse your mouth well with water)
- After dinner.
- Before going to bed.
Floss at least twice a day.
Use a fluoride rinse.
Rinse with Phosflur once a day for one minute after you have brushed before you go to bed.
