I have a problem with my braces/appliances. Should I call the office?

Call the office right away if you have:
- loose or lost bracket/metal band
- a broken expander
- broken c-chain
- prolonged discomfort
- any problem with your braces if you have less then two weeks left before getting them off
A call is not necessary if you have:
- lost tie (the colored circles around the brackets)
- poking wires (see website for tips)
- slight tenderness or discomfort following your first visit or an adjustment.
These are non-emergencies. We will address these issues at your next appointment.
