Option A: Payment in Full
- A bookkeeping courtesy is given for direct payment in full at start of treatment.
Option B: “Office Payment” Plan
- Down payment as low as $300.00 down to start treatment.
- An initial payment is due when treatment begins, with the balance paid in monthly installments.
- No interest.
Option C: “No Initial Payment” Plan
- No initial payment.
- Fixed rate payment plans up to 72 months with monthly payments.
- Prepayments can be made anytime without penalty.
