It's your birthday and we're throwing the party!!

Prairie Ortho will choose one lucky birthday boy or girl each month and host a Birthday Pizza Party for 12 guests at Pizza Hut in Gurnee! All parties are scheduled for the last Saturday of the month and include pizza, soda, dessert pizza, Prairie Ortho T-shirts, balloons and other surprises!
